If you experience problems
with the forum and you need to contact us about
that, send email to webmaster(at)ncwonline.com
and be specific about the problem.
Be aware that the forum
software is pretty much a package (phpBB) that
we install not write so we don't know what to do
to fix it if it is not working. Just keep
trying. If after being persistent it still does
not do what you want then go ahead and contact
us.
Please do not lose your
password as we don't have any way to retrieve it
for you and must go through the whole process to
reset it and then approve the new one etc. Your
name will be mud if you do that.
